Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the No Fingers website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
No Fingersprovides AI-powered marketing services to small businesses, including but not limited to social media management, AI chat and voice automation, website development, local SEO, Google Maps optimisation, and paid advertising management. References to “No Fingers”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the operating entity behind this website.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Specific service terms, pricing, scope of work, and deliverables are set out in individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between No Fingers and the client. These Terms apply in addition to and alongside any such agreement.
We aim to deliver services within the timeframes outlined in your service agreement. While we will use reasonable endeavours to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform changes, content approvals, or client response times.
Many of our services operate within or depend upon third-party platforms (including Google, Meta, Instagram, and others). We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or account suspensions imposed by those platforms. We will notify you promptly of any material changes that affect your service.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to No Fingers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the deliverables we create specifically for you (e.g. website files, content). We retain ownership of underlying frameworks, tools, templates, and methodologies we use to produce those deliverables.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. No refunds are issued for monthly services already rendered. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or your service agreement.
We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes (such as a particular number of leads, ranking positions, or revenue increases). Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We warrant that our services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Fingers’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Fingers, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to the receiving party, or required to be disclosed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Agency is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
